The Café Momentum Flagship will serve as a national learning hub, dramatically expanding our ability to share knowledge and inspire change. Already a destination for organizations studying our model, we’ll increase our capacity to host visiting groups from four to 40 per year, creating more opportunities for changemakers to experience our approach firsthand.
Equipped with state-of-the-art training facilities, classrooms, and collaborative spaces, the flagship will be a center for innovation and advocacy. Following the successful example of organizations like Homeboy Industries, we’ll create a space where educators, policymakers, and practitioners from across the country can immerse themselves in the Café Momentum culture, exchange ideas, and develop strategies to support justice-involved youth in their own communities.
Thanks to our dedicated donors, the Flagship will accelerate our national expansion. With current locations in Dallas, Pittsburgh, Nashville, and Atlanta, we’re building momentum to reach 13 locations within the next decade. This growth means serving more than 6,000 new youth over the next 10 years, creating a ripple effect that strengthens families and communities across the country.
Our growing team – projected to reach more than 100 employees within five years – will use this space to standardize operations with technical training, leadership development, and collaboration.
