The heart of our approach starts in our restaurant kitchen, where interns gain professional skills while earning their ServSafe® food handler certification – a nationally recognized credential required by most food service employers. This first credential builds confidence and opens doors, setting our interns on a path toward pursuing additional certifications and career advancement. 

Located near Dallas’s vibrant Deep Ellum district, our new flagship location will expand opportunities for our interns. With new Wednesday evening hours and our prime location attracting more patrons, we’ll enhance skill development and hands-on training experiences. Our new space will double each intern’s weekly engagement to 40 hours of influence – including paid work, career exploration, and professional development activities. 

Our new flagship location will grow our professional network, enabling interns to build valuable social capital while exploring diverse career pathways. [6] By expanding our employer partnerships and diversifying across industries – from hospitals to luxury boutiques – we’re creating more pathways to sustainable careers. Our new flagship will feature dedicated spaces for professional networking events, career workshops, and more. Through these connections, our interns explore opportunities, acquire knowledge, and build richer networks that research shows enhance professional growth and lead to higher earning potential.
